MANAGED TELEPHONE SUPPORT PLAN – This is our traditional plan that offers your business guaranteed service levels and protects your hardware and software investments against outage. This plan covers all cost associated with hardware, software, software upgrades, labor, and remote changes with your business communication system.

MANAGED DATA SUPPORT PLAN - Have the peace of mind that your essential data is protected with onsite and remote support from our specialized IT personnel. This plan covers your core equipment and software such as servers, routers, data switches, anti-virus, etc. The plan also provides guaranteed service response times.
In addition, we offer a comprehensive plan that not only encompasses all the items above, but includes pc and help desk support. Our plans range from basic support to full service onsite IT personnel.

NETWORK SERVICES
As an authorized partner for AT&T, we have designated personnel with direct access to AT&T resources that are trained to design, quote and install your AT&T solutions. We coordinate your installation with AT&T to ensure a prompt and efficient installation.
